Branham was industry-first with our right angle hollow bore helical gearboxes. These gearboxes package an all-ball-bearing configuration in a leak-proof, sealed gear case, and pre-lubricated design. All of these features allow for higher thrust and radial load capabilities, lower operating temperatures, no leakage, and longer service life.
MICROGEAR®
Our smallest sizes (under 1.5 sq. in.). Hardened gears, sealed bearings, pre-lubricated, bidirectional. Aluminum anodized housings and stainless steel shafts available. Right- or left-hand rotation.
INCLUDE-A-SHAFT®
1:1 ratio. Heavy-duty sealed ball bearings. Integral gear/shaft combinations. 2-way, 3-way, or 4-way configuration. Shaft diameters 1/2 in. or 5/8 in. Speeds up to 1,800 RPM. Right- or left-hand rotation.
INSERT-A-SHAFT®
Long service life. Power 90° turns with a hollow bore, pre-lubricated, all-ball bearing, sealed gearcase, leak-proof design. Coated aluminum. Sizes 1” - 2.5” bore centerline distance.

Long service life. Power 90° turns with a hollow bore, pre-lubricated, all-ball bearing, sealed gearcase, leak-proof design. Coated aluminum. Sizes 25mm - 76.2mm bore centerline distance.
INSERT-A-SHAFT® CRL
Continuous Recirculating Lubricant (CRL) gearboxes are for high-cycle/continuous-duty. Cast aluminum with sealed, leak-proof gearcases that acts as their own lube reservoir. Right- or left-hand rotation. Bore centers from 1.5” - 3”. Keys included.

Corrosion resistant. Ideal for wet, hostile, operations and food processing. Sealed, leak-proof gearcase acts as its own lube reservoir. 1:1 ratio with a 2.5” bore center. Right- or left-hand rotation.

Corrosion resistance for very rugged, wet, hostile, and sterile environments. Continuous Recirculating Lubricant (CRL™) for long life. Right- or left-hand rotation. Many configurations.

Spiral Bevel Right Angle Gearboxes, 1:1 or 2:1 Ratio
2-way or 3-way. Hollow bore and counter-rotating configurations. Sealed, leak-proof gearcase. Interchangeable with Zero-Max, Mitrpak, Cyclo-Index, and Gribetz Intl.
Worm - BWG4™
Constructed with double-sealed, heavy-duty ball bearings and case-hardened worm gears. 10:1 and 20:1 ratios. Hollow bores, single shaft, and double shaft options. Up to 1,800 RPM and 624 in. lb. torque.
